Aulton personally walked me through a complicated homeowner’s insurance situation late on a Friday afternoon. That type of dedication and availability prevented what could have resulted in a major coverage gap and I would recommend his office to anyone on the gulf coast!
Started out well, my information was taken with a "I'll call you back " it's been 5 days no call. Could have been a mixup but we're at the end stages of buying a home. Time is of the essence for us.
Great experience with the agent. Got a better coverage for a better rate than had before. Sadly, had to use the auto coverage to after an accident and had nothing but great outcome. Would recommend to anyone looking!
