The customer service and care I receive from Dr. Purcell is second to none. He’s extremely knowledgeable in his field. I am very curious about the relationship between our brain and ears and he takes the time to explain everything in a manner that I can understand. It’s obvious he loves his profession and is driven by his passion for helping his patients. Great people.
Mine and my husband’s appointments were done in a timely manner - everything was explained to us in terms we could understand! I asked several questions and our audiologist Mr Purcell took fine to answer and explain things !! Very pleased and I recommend this establishment ! ✔️✔️✔️
