I was able to set an appointment and have my 5year old son seen and tested within a day. The staff made my son very comfortable and I was given a lot of feedback and answers to many questions. Very professional and helpful.
Dr Orland Purcell is not only a wonderful audiologist but a caring, empathetic and considerate person. The staff is supportive and kind. Hardly any wait time. I highly recommend them.
The receptionist helped me to make an appointment on short notice. Dr. Peugh was kind, caring and professional. She was knowledgeable and pleasant.
