The doctors and staff are friendly and courteous. I don’t remember needing to wait more than 5 minutes beyond my appointment time and I often get called back early. With hearing aids, problems can occur suddenly and I’ve always been able to get in on short notice and find resolutions. The doctors are acutely aware of the latest technology available in hearing aids and work to make the best selection for individual needs.
Had a great experience here. I was warmly welcomed and everything was clearly explained to me. Testing, results and all options were clearly explained. So glad I chose them.
My husband received absolutely excellent care at Audio Acoustics! Dr. Orland Purcell couldn’t have been friendlier or easier to understand! They are a wonderful group of professionals!
