It has taken me many months to write this review. What a disappointing experience. I called Assisting Angels to ask for someone to act as a companion for my disabled brother. They took all the information & quickly responded stating someone would be out within 2 days. I was so grateful & excited with the quick response. The woman they sent was well aware of my brother's issues (urinary incontinence) & mild dementia with difficulty walking. She arrived & seemed nice. Do NOT call this company. They are very unprofessional & unethical. I called this organization to request a quote. I told Todd I needed someone to start in two weeks on a Monday. He gave me the quote and told me that his agency requires a two week commitment. I told him if I went with his agency I would agree to those terms. A week later his scheduler called to see if we still needed someone. I told her we didn't need someone for the morning; only 3-4 hours in the evenings. She said she would make a note. Todd the owner is dishonest. He preys on people in need. Dubious company inept uncaring staff. Avoid this clip joint at all costs!! He will run right out for your advanced payment, no contract no refunds if you don't need the services for the entire advanced payment period. My wife gave them $1868.75 for one weeks services. Four days later her mother goes into Hospice and Todd the owner refuses to refund the three days or unused services. Talk about kicking someone when they are down.

If you need reliable care, look elsewhere. From the moment we hired this company, we have had aides cancel at last minute or not show up. I don’t know if it’s a scheduling or communication problem or quality of personnel but we have had to continually cancel our own appointments when they don’t show. Luckily, there are other agencies out there so call elsewhere.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone very unprofessionally ran, no Curriculum for the children just a babysitter. the owner is a scammer, she stole my money from me. After being paid by dds she still has not paid me back my money that I paid her in cash $612. Ive been waiting for a month and a half. Keep your kids away from this center it’s a nightmare.
