My experience at Ascend was absolutely wonderful (despite having to go there for not so wonderful reasons). I was referred to Beth by the husband of one of my coworkers (and he’s a PT so you know his recommendation is good!). Beth was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. She quickly helped me identify the key issues leading to my pain and was able to offer me a wide variety of exercises and stretches to help me meet my goals. The therapists at Ascend truly care about their clients and will focus on your health and wellbeing. This is the first physical therapy place that actually listens to me. Highly recommend🥰
This place is great. The staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. It is a smaller facility which is great because you get to work directly with the PT more. Super open to patient education, was able to ask plenty of questions. Would highly recommend.
The intervention for my injury was off-the-charts excellent! Beth is amazing the way she could zone in to the tight spots and loosen them! The entire staff are super nice & welcoming! I'm so thrilled to be moving with more strength and flexibility! I feel this clinic is Lansing's best kept secret, we are so fortunate to have such skillful clinicians right in our town! LOVE Team Ascend!!!!
My experience with Ascend has been absolutely amazing! I came in with a minor shoulder injury, and they had me feeling normal again in just 2 months! They also have a very friendly and welcoming environment. Highly recommend Ascend to anyone in the area!
