Air Control is very Professional business. My Technician that showed up name is Nathan. He was very Professional and Knowledgeable about my Air conditioner . He was able to show me pictures of my attic unit and the outside unit on his iPad. This made it very understandable while he was explaining the details to me. What a outstanding experience, I was starting to wonder if customer service was ever come back. The last couple times no matter where you went, service was going down the tubes fast. Mr. Brown was very easy to work with and knew his job. The best service I've had in a long time. Thank You Very Much.

Service tech Greg L. was amazing! He spent several hours on the phone with the HVAC manufacturer but, ultimately, the outdoor unit was too far gone for repair (rodent damage). The next day project manager Brian B. came out and quoted a complete system replacement. Within a couple of business days, a team came out and removed all the old components and installed new ones.
