Service was okay, once I ensured that I didn't want the heat Service now and the A/C Service in two months. I was shown some areas that he felt could be upgraded, and a pipe through my roof that had light showing through and needed to be sealed. I am in a soft cast, and just had my hard cast cut off my broken ankle and didn't want to risk falling off my roof. This experience may be the best we have ever had with a repair call on our HVAC system. The service on time and very professional. The repairman took the time to explain and offer valuable tips for our new wifi thermostat. Great service.

Randall is very nice and very efficient. He takes the time to visit with and explain things about your system to you. He even took the time to put my new air filter in for me. I had bought it, but just hadn’t found the time to put it in yet. He said my new system was very clean and was operating perfectly. He pointed out a few things that I could have added to make it a little more efficient and to protect my system from any storm damage or power spikes.
