We toured several wedding venues in the Rochester area, but once we walked into Midtown we knew we were set. Not only is the venue gorgeous, the staff made the planning process as easy as possible. Many planning meetings during the lead up and day-of-coordinators took the stress out of the wedding process and let us just enjoy our day! The perfect venue, the perfect staff, the perfect day! We knew as soon as we walked into Arbor Midtown that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. It's absolutely gorgeous, and the staff is amazing. Carly helped us plan our day, and I can't say enough good things about her. My daughter got married here June 19, just 2 days ago, and I can’t stop reliving the day. This venue is stunning. Such a beautiful space with lots of light. And let me just say the staff from day one was top notch! They take care of so many details that you really don’t need an outside coordinator. Dina is all you need. She is mostly who we worked with, having regular meetings and going over everything. I was eerily calm the days leading up to the wedding and I credit Dina for that. I cannot say enough good things about Arbor Midtown and the Arbor staff. We worked primarily with Dina, and our day would not have been the same without her. I kept waiting for the ball to drop, because after touring a few venues I just couldn’t believe how easy Arbor was to work with. But the ball never dropped, and they truly are just that great. Andy was an absolute pleasure to have as a bartender at the event we had last night! He was incredibly kind, communicative, and made everyone feel welcomed right away. You can truly tell he enjoys what he does — his positive attitude and energy made the whole experience even better. He stayed attentive throughout the event, kept things running smoothly, and was so easy to talk to. It’s refreshing to be around someone who is genuinely happy to be there. Highly recommend!
