We truly enjoyed working with Apex. They were prodessional, prompt, efficient, and thorough. Logan took the time to walk through the house and go over the inspection report with us. He explained areas of concerns in terms that were comprehendible and respectful. The inspection report was sent quickly following the inspection amd was not only easy to read but contained pictures and was color coded based on areas of need. We highly recommend Apex and look forward to working with them again.

We had an outstanding experience with our inspectors Nick and Logan. They went above and beyond by fitting us into their schedule at 6 AM—before their normal workday even started—just to help make it possible for my client to close sooner. That level of dedication and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated in this industry. Apex was easy to work with! I messages Nick and within the hour our inspection was scheduled! Logan did our inspection and was great to work with. He was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood all details. The inspection report was detailed, easy to read, and delivered quickly, with clear photos and recommendations that helped us feel confident moving forward.

Matt inspected a condominium unit that I am buying. He was very thorough and I was able to use the inspection to request that some minor repairs were made before I took possession. The owners have agreed to make the repairs I asked for. Thanks Matt. It was nice meeting you also.

My wife and I used Apex Inspections to do a full home inspection before we closed on our 1st home together! Nick was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, detailed, respectful, knowledgable, and made the process feel so easy and stress-free. He helped give ideas on how to fix the small things and reassured us that our home would be safe and great to live in! We are beyond thankful for him and will for sure use them anytime we need in the future!
