Apex does a fantastic job educating my buyers during their inspection period! They are thorough, careful, and detail oriented. What I love most about them is they not only point out the problems, but they offer solutions and help get clients connected with the right people when making the necessary repairs! Apex was easy to schedule with and within a day they were done! They inspected a house we had made an offer on. They work thoroughly and with a fine toothed comb finding many things I had overlooked! We are now asking less than our offer because of the findings. We had a contingency clause in the purchase agreement that price may change after inspection! They will save you thousands!

We had a great experience with Logan and Justin. They were super nice, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The inspection report was extremely detailed and included plenty of photos, which made it easy to understand the condition of the home. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a thorough and professional inspection!!!

Nick was awesome. He was very thorough and along with the attention to detail to everything in the house, he provided helpful advice for maintaining the state of things like our windows, appliances and outside of the house. The report Apex provides is incredibly detailed and a helpful resource we can come back to if we forget anything we had discussed with Nick at the time.
