Nick and Logan were great to work with on our new home inspection. They took the time to walk us through all of the things they noted and answered all of our numerous questions. They are very knowledgeable about all of the home aspects, codes, best practices etc. They are very thorough when inspecting a home. They are very quick to respond to messages and are able to get inspections done very quickly which helps when you have a timeline as a buyer. Highly recommend using them!

Apex was easy to schedule with and within a day they were done! They inspected a house we had made an offer on. They work thoroughly and with a fine toothed comb finding many things I had overlooked! We are now asking less than our offer because of the findings. We had a contingency clause in the purchase agreement that price may change after inspection! They will save you thousands!
