Apex was easy to schedule with and within a day they were done! They inspected a house we had made an offer on. They work thoroughly and with a fine toothed comb finding many things I had overlooked! We are now asking less than our offer because of the findings. We had a contingency clause in the purchase agreement that price may change after inspection! They will save you thousands!

We had a great experience with Logan and Justin. They were super nice, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The inspection report was extremely detailed and included plenty of photos, which made it easy to understand the condition of the home. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a thorough and professional inspection!!!
