A lovely group of people! The hygienists are kind and efficient, and reception does a great job with communicating important information. They always do their best to make scheduling work for everyone. Dr Henn takes the time to explain treatment options so that you can plan for both the short- and long-term.

The hygienists and admin are great. The dentist himself is awful, especially if you present as a woman. Dr does not listen, and will ask irrelevant questions during procedures. He will not tell you what he's doing in your mouth, which makes for a very violating experience. Book somewhere else.

Absurd policies and zero compassion. I had to cancel a single appointment and was told I am no longer allowed back at this office. No second chances, no warning, just completely dropped. Patients are human beings who occasionally face emergencies, but this clinic treats you like a major inconvenience. Find a dentist who actually values your health and business, because this office certainly doesn't

My experience was very good. I had dental procedures done there and had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them.
