My granddaughter went to American Medical today. Her doctor would not see her without a lot of paperwork. My doctor could not see her because she is under eighteen. Lance Delong was very knowledgeable and prescribed exactly what she needed. I was very impressed with him. I have chronic asthma and I understand what it takes to keep it under control. There was not a long wait and minimum paperwork to fill out. Will definitely go there again.
Medicine for the masses does not have to be mediocre. Two very good MDs are the backbone of this operation. Well-trained big city ex-patriot Allen Hurt is excellent.
It was fairly decent, I got in and out within an hour. Considering it was my first time going there and there was a lot of people I am satisfied with the service.
Dr Castillo is a very.rude and hateful Dr he acts like he dont care about a patients needs treats the patients like there nothing .. He didn't want to help me at all... He yelled at me didn't want to refer me to a new dr and told me that half his patients were only there to.seek pain meds so he couldn't help me!/wow ya to go Dr Castillo thought u cared bout ur patients and there health
I had a great experience there but I did not receive my paperwork when I left there? Are they not supposed to provide you with any type of discharge papers?
Dr. CastilloIs a horrible doctor treats people like there all drug attacks. He has no real understand of medical terminology and you have to explain it to him he is as bad as the er doctors at the hospital no wonder why we has patient have to go to another state to get true medical help.
Used to be a really good place with very good medical treatment, but within the last year has gotten to the point where the doctors don't care who you are, they just want to get you in and back out with the least amount of time and attention as possible. As a former patient, I would recommend against it unless you have a minor cold or small cut. You're likely to get the 'fast and faster' type service without the real medical attention you need.
