Provider Crystal Mullins is wonderful, listens to your concerns and provides solutions. Mullins and her staff encourage positive feedback and make you feel comfortable. Front receptionist all greet you with a smile and have been friendly. No appointment need does have office full most times and lines out the door others times, but gets you in at a timely manner.
This was the most pleasant Doctor visit I have been to in a long time. I was a new patient, my wait time was minimal. The room was cleared out quickly. No one waited very long. The staff was very professional & thorough. The Doctor very courteous & helpful. Ty so much for all your help. I will definitely refer patients here. Oh, not to mention, this place was very clean.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Crystal is so amazing! She will get down to the root of your health problems and find the best solutions. Jennifer is also great and helpful and will get to the root of your health problems. The doctors listen to your concerns and don't tell you "oh that's just normal" like other doctors in town.

Crystal had to request for my records . I was diagnosed with Transient Global Amnesia in a Utah hospital a week ago. Even though she didn't have my records. She did my complete vital signs and ears.
