This place is always busy, and I know why, they have a great doctor there. Dr. Crystal Mullins is one of the best doctors in town. Her bed side manners are impeccable, she makes a person feel very comfortable, she listens and believes what you’re saying. If you tell her your pain is a 10 she makes sure she does whatever she has to too make you better. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mullins. She is a very beautiful person inside and out. It’s hard to put all your faith in providers now days and to know they have your best interests at heart. Jennifer is that provider for me. She is kind and patient. She actually listens to my concerns and explains everything to me so that I understand her thoughts behind what she is doing.
This clinic is amazing. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and was able to see me same day. Which was a blessing as all local facilities are NOT accepting new pts and most of them were horrible on the phone. However AMG welcomed me with open arms, made me feel heard and welcome, and excited to continue care with them.
I was very pleased with my experience at American Medical. Jennifer Knowles and the medical and office staff were extremely kind and professional. Jennifer listened and took care of my needs. I had a short wait. I am now on the mend. Bravo! American Medical!
