This place needs to do better. I went in with my brother today that is currently suffering from a rash and fever. Which burns and itches by the way. The nurses that approached us were really concerned and did a great job asking questions about the symptoms. However, the doctor herself seemed to not care whatsoever over the whole situation. Measles are going around and we were trying to do the right thing making sure it’s not that and make the precautions necessary to not spread it. This place is always busy, and I know why, they have a great doctor there. Dr. Crystal Mullins is one of the best doctors in town. Her bed side manners are impeccable, she makes a person feel very comfortable, she listens and believes what you’re saying. If you tell her your pain is a 10 she makes sure she does whatever she has to too make you better. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mullins. She is a very beautiful person inside and out. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Crystal M COMPLETELY dismissed us, she was given a multitude of symptoms but all she heard was fever and immediately said it was covid. Tested and came back with a NEGATIVE test and was promptly sent home withoutactuallycheckinganythingat all. No regard for actually helping the patient she just heard what she wanted and sent us home. That lady is dangerous people's health should not be in her hands.
I saw Crystal Mullins today. She is thorough and took the time to explain my medications to me. Highly recommend her and her whole team. Thank you.
