It’s hard to put all your faith in providers now days and to know they have your best interests at heart. Jennifer is that provider for me. She is kind and patient. She actually listens to my concerns and explains everything to me so that I understand her thoughts behind what she is doing.
This clinic is amazing. The staff was welcoming and accommodating and was able to see me same day. Which was a blessing as all local facilities are NOT accepting new pts and most of them were horrible on the phone. However AMG welcomed me with open arms, made me feel heard and welcome, and excited to continue care with them.
Crystal is the best, always takes care of all my healthcare needs. She is so knowledgeable in every one of my situations. I am so thankful for her care and her office staff as well.
I was very pleased with my experience at American Medical. Jennifer Knowles and the medical and office staff were extremely kind and professional. Jennifer listened and took care of my needs. I had a short wait. I am now on the mend. Bravo! American Medical!
Crystal Mullins is the best, my insurance is not in network with American Medical, but that's ok I'll pay cash for my visits, because she is that good, very sympathetic and understanding, I feel very comfortable with her and her staff.
