I've had the pleasure of knowing Beth Yamnitz from my early childhood. It was time fir me to have my own place. She made the time to show me several houses and guide me how to get the perfect one for me. Fast forward eleven years later, and it was time I needed to sell. Beth helped me again resulting in my house selling within three hours of putting it on the market. I have since been able to upgrade to a bigger house thanks to her guidance. I have always recommended Beth and American Homes for housing needs.
