Daniel showed up to the property on time and was very professional. After 2 1/2 hours he was able to do a complete thorough inspection of the house. I received 10 drone photos of the roof, multiple thermal images of heat sources, and he was able to find around 40 or deficiencies. He explained each one in detail in his report and gave recommendations of what one should do next for each one. I received the completed report the same day right after the inspection was complete. This is why I gave the five star review.

Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond, which is paramount in a real estate deal. I’d recommend his services. The reports are easy to read and he was readily available to answer any questions.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we hired American Home Inspections & Maintenance LLC to inspect a brand new construction home, thinking there would be no issues but our inspector Daniel did an amazing job finding deficiencies in our home! Things we would have never even thought to check out! He was very thorough with the inspection and explaining everything to us as well as a friendly down to earth guy. 5 stars.
