Singleton Roofing installed a new metal roof on my house. Right from the beginning, everyone has been very helpful, I felt they really appreciated my business. I liked their estimate because it included many details of the work to be done, not just the final price as the other companies did. Very disappointed. Singleton installed the roof on our clubhome. They removed the dryer vent stack and never replaced it. Instead, they placed the roof right over exhaust pipe. We weren't occupying the home when the work was completed as we live in Indiana. When we started using our unit the dryer kept shutting off because of the blocked ductwork. We called our HO Warranty carrier, and they arranged for an appliance repairman to make a house call. We had to pay $100 deductible. The repairman came and replaced a panel in the ... read more

STAY CLEAR!! They gave estimate if 2,800 for a repair on my roof. My insurance company, USAA, has requested multiple times for over a week to get a detailed line by line from them for the estimate. Would never send. Adjuster came to look at the roof, no wonder they wouldn't respond, the job is only a 100 job and ************** did come later that day and do just that without knowing the adjuster pricing. Unfortunately, we do not usually do a line by line itemized list of pricing for repairs or replacements (We do not do a ton of insurance work where this is required) So, my staff is not familiar with providing this information. I had an appointment to get an estimate scheduled. I was contacted by the person that would prepare the estimate the day before to confirm the appointment. The following day no one showed up. Never called, no follow-up.
