Came when they were expected, stayed the required time, enough help to complete the job, had the right equipment, knew how much to take off very tall trees without harm to them and cleaned up well. One small fruit tree, not being trimmed, was damaged, took responsibility for it and will be replacing tree in the spring. Very satisfied with Alpine, would use them again.
