After our home flooding, Shane and his crew did a great job in opening up our walls and set up many drying fans, they also ripped up the areas of flooring that was affected to make sure there was no way for mold to grow. They helped guide us through this process and answered many questions and concerns we had which helped put our mind at ease.
Ally 1 is amazing! He has helped a few of my friends and neighbors. One friend had a house fire they extinguished quickly but they had smoke damage thought their those and even affected clothes in their upstairs closet. He was able to get things cleaned, sanitized and he removed the smoke smell from their home and belongings. Whether you have a large issue or a small one, he is a very knowledgeable resource. Riley and Lee did an absolutely outstanding job on our paint and trim during our flood restoration. They communicated proactively, arrived on time, overdelivered, and made sure that all the work was up to a very high quality standard. We had the unfortunate experience of a water leak that was coming up from our foundation slab in the hallway and running under the flooring into the adjoining bathroom, which then caused the vanity and dry wall to mold. Ally1 was very professional yet personable as well. They were friendly and communicative as to what was going on, when they would be there and what they would be doing.
