The whole team at Ally 1 have been so helpful. They took the stress of our flooded kitchen at Christmastime away from us. They were clean and efficient in the demo process. They were respectful of our living in our home. They helped us with our claim and navigating that part of the insurance world. Our experience with Ally 1 was far and above my expectations.

After having a fire in our home, my insurance company pared us with Ally1 ... best decision. They have been wonderful to work with - always keeping us in the loop as to what is going on - and our house is looking better than it was before the fire. I cannot say enough GOOD about Braxtyn and his team. They are amazing, attentive, kind and most of all trustworthy. Braxtyn navigated the insurance process for us and made our unfortunate situation easy to handle. They were always on time and cleaned up after they were done. I feel very comfortable with this company and cannot recommend them more.

On October 24th, 2020, a home that I own caught fire. The cause is unknown, but appears to have started in one of the cars in the garage. Within hours of being released by CDCFD, Ally 1 was there to board up the home. Mitigation started soon after and the process of rebuilding commenced. Ally1 was very good to work with. What I appreciated most was the constant communication. When working with insurance companies I know they can be slow but Ally1 was great about communicating where we were on the project and the steps that were happening. I would use them again for sure!!!
