Amanda has been a fantastic point person and is responsive in the scheduling of service, even during the rare times that Ive required Tech's for those unexpected issues. Quick to respond. But, they said they would be here between 11a-1p. They showed up at 2p. They told me the outdoor compressor needed to be replaced and unhooked it. They also unhooked our emergency heat leaving us with no heat in February. We had to call them back, which they fortunately did not charge us for. We got a 2nd opinion from a competitor. Called Allied M & E to remove/replace a kitchen faucet that was lime-scale cemented in place. Expert plumber Dave R. arrived on time, removed the old faucet and sprayer, cleaned the scale off the sink top, and installed and tested the new set. Great job, Dave! We had a new boiler installed. The work was done quickly and at the price originally quoted. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after installation.
