I called at 9 am on Monday morning. I was assured a same day appointment. At 4 pm Tuesday when my problem still wasn't fixed I cancelled and chose a different company. Everyone was polite and friendly, but I needed a solution they assured me they could provide and didn't. It took the next company an hour and a half to fix it. If I had known they couldn't be here I could have called someone else much sooner.

My dad and I needed help rewiring the new outside fan motor he purchased and Mr. Allen stayed on the phone with us for 30 minutes helping us figure it out. He sent drawings and everything. He was amazing and now my ac is working again!!! I highly recommend Allen’s and will definitely be using them in the future when/if needed.

Can I just say how amazing it is to actually have service people you can trust! Polite, timely, keep you informed, fix it right the first time! This is how customer service used to be and I am so glad that Allen's plumbing still delivers!

Allens plumbing has gone above and beyond for my family. They were patient and understanding when we had troubles with our insurance company. They installed our water heater immediately when we decided to go with them. Thank you for everything your team does. Also thank you to Amy for communicating through the whole journey!

This is the second time I have used this company, once for a heating problem earlier this year and now for an AC problem. Very pleased with the prompt service and with Mark's knowledge and professionalism today. Will use them again if the need arises.
