We are a fourth generation, family owned manufacturers of high quality hardwood flooring. 100% FSC Certified & 100% Made in America. We are growing 3 times as many trees as we harvest. Trees are grown and the flooring is all made in Pennsylvania. We specialize in Rift & Quarter Sawn and Live Sawn White and Red Oak. We ship our flooring all across the country with flooring for hunting camp to the Carnegie Mansion in NYC we have flooring options for everyone. Solid & Engineered, mostly unfinished flooring. Ordered 1800 sqft of natural character beech from Allegheny. It arrived well packed and perfectly milled resulting in almost zero waste. The floor is loaded with character and absolutely beautiful. Everyone who sees it is full of compliments . Couldnt be happier with Zach and the folks at Allegheny. Highly recommend

AMHF is by far a superior hardwood floor manufacturer . The quality of R&Q white oak 6” natural is absolutely amazing and the customer service is just as good ! I’ve personally installed 3000 sq . ft . In my own home and the first thing everybody asks is , where did you get it , not who finished it ! My salesmen Zach was an absolute pleasure to work with start to finish !!! Highly recommend .

We ordered 6” rift & quartered natural white oak . We cannot be more pleased! The wood is absolutely beautiful and is top notch quality! We had very minimal waste. We finished the floors with Rubio Mono coat clear. I was a little hesitant ordering on- line but the samples were accurate, and Zach at Allegheny Mountain was so helpful! Everything went smoothly from the ordering to the shipping. I highly recommend them!

As a flooring contractor (FineCraft Hardwood), we used Allegheny for the first time last fall. We are picky on what mills we use because our clients demand quality. This mill did not disappoint. It is now my go to mill for solid wide plank with quality cuts of rift & quartered and live sawn. Five Stars from me!

As a developer and architect, I get to see many floor products and the Allegheny Mountain product has the high-end quality and appearance to be installed anywhere. Our development company used Allegheny Mountain’s 4” natural grade R&Q white oak on a renovation last year and I couldn’t be happier with the product. Everyone that came into the house commented on the beauty of the wood flooring. The wood is very stable and precisely cut, but my favorite part of the product other than the rich appearance is how easy it was to install and how little waste we had due to the milling. We sold the renovated house for the highest cost per-square-foot in the area, in just two weeks. I’m sure that we got the high sales price because of the hardwood floors that we installed. We were so happy with the product that we're using it again without hesitation.

Every part of my experience with Allegheny Mountain's product and staff deserves the highest recommendation. We chose clear rift and quartered red oak and it is so stunning that I may throw away my rugs. The ordering process was a delight. I was contacted by Jessica shortly after requesting to place an order, received an estimate that day, and was even cc'd in the office emails about setting up shipping. The order was in stock and sitting in my house in less than a week. The milling is excellent, true to grade, and again - stark raving gorgeous. I am so happy with the flooring and the company that next time I'm in Pennsylvania I would want to visit their showroom, and seriously considered ordering rough stock from Hickman Lumber, despite only needing half their minimum order for trim and baseboards. 5 stars is not enough.

We used white oak plan sawn floors from Allegheny Mountain Hardwood on the timber Frame home we had built. The results were terrific. I also found the staff a pleasure to work with. They helped us work thru a few changes we requested to the order. The personal follow up was also impressive, and the floors look great!
