Rob, the owner, went above and beyond. He called me while I was still on hold with AAA and arrived within 5 minutes while I was stranded on the side of the interstate. He was fast, professional, efficient, and incredibly kind during a stressful situation. I couldn’t have asked for better service and highly recommend him and his team.

Dave was great and I had a positive experience. I had a mechanical issue and got stuck on the side of the road. I requested a tow and he arrived within 15 minutes. While loading my car he was quick, safe, and friendly. I really appreciate the work these guys do.

I've had nothing but problems dealing with them. The first time the owner towed my bike he raised the price from $160 to $375 "because he didn't like my attitude" and now on October 3rd I was in an accident and they won't even let me get my father's ashes out of the car unless I pay $500 and give them the car.

I truly can’t say enough good things about Rob — he quite literally saved my life today. I had pulled over on 95N with a flat tire and, while waiting for help, was sideswiped by another vehicle. I’m from Boston and completely unfamiliar with the area, only up in Bangor to visit a customer, so I was shaken and scared. Props to the owner. We live in a trailer park with really small driveways/roads. We needed a flatbed 'cause of an accident. Anyway, he managed to get the car out of the driveway like it was no big deal. He also made zero noise other than the normal tow truck sounds. Thanks again. You guys made this super easy when everyone else made it sound like it was gonna be a hassle.
