The owner doesn’t respect or meet expectations he will sell you a bad motor then tell you ur stuck with it or he will sell you the wrong part and then.not give you your money back he will say you get store credit the owner is Corey he is a bald guy with a beard. and he will lie and and say he’s not the owner He also won’t pay his Employees When they no longer work There when the quit and he owed them moneyÂ
TERRIBLE SERVICE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! TOLD ME THEY HAD MY PART INSTOCK THAT WASNT THERE WHEN I CAME TO PICK UP ….THEN HAD ME PAY UPFRONT TELLING ME THEY WOULD ORDER IT… DAYS LATER , I HAD TO CALL THEM TO HEAR THEY DID HAVE MY PART ALL FOR MY MACHANIC TO TELL ME THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG ALTERNATOR… They REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND telling me they only give STORE CREDIT !!!!Â
I bought a lemon for $1500 then they offered to buy it back for 7 or 8 hundred Then they went mia for 3 days and didn't return my call Then I finally get a hold of him and I had to pull it out of him that he didn't want to purchase the car anymore so I told him have a nice day then his boss calls me and asked me not to call their facility anymore harassing his employees LOL what a joke this place is the rip-off artist their liars don't waste your time!Â
This is very late but needs posting about a past experience with All City Auto Parts. My husband ordered a part, was scheduled to pick up on a Sat at noon. On Saturday, we arrived at the shop but it was closed. My husband knocked and knocked on the door, we waited over 1/2 hour, thinking that perhaps they're out for lunch and would be back soon.
