The original Alberto's was started in 1988 by Albert Morales. Albert was in the construction trade and was disappointed that he couldn't find a good and fast Mexican meal in Greeley, so he saved up enough money to start Alberto's. Then eight years later Albert passed away, so Albert's children took over the reins of the restaurant. In keeping with family tradition, his daughter Robin decided to open up a second Alberto's which is how Alberto's Express got started. We are known for the BEST green chile in town. We drove all the way from Denver, to get some good Mexican food! Alberto's Express did not disappoint! The food was absolutely AMAZING and the service was even better! We will definitely make the trip to Greeley more often to eat at Alberto's Express! It's worth every mile! It's exactly the kind of Mexican food we have been looking for! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

Got a burrito at the gas station. Didn’t expect much, didn’t get much. 5.89$ for eggs and a tiny bit of green chili. Was supposed to be “hot” it had zero spice. Hardly had any potatoes, eggs tasted awful. Honestly I had zapper low expectations from a gas station burrito but damn I couldn’t even finish it. Yuck.

I recently discovered their breakfast burritos. They’re pretty good for the price and convenient cause they’re premade so it’s a quick grab and go. My issue is their customer service. Their hours on their door doesn’t match their hours on Google or anywhere so there’s been a few times I’ve came and they’re not open. Also just now I had a few minutes to grab a breakfast burrito for work so I tried again, there was a line of 5 people, th... read more

If i wanted a potatoe burrito I'd order one. Your cheap ! Shame on you. You had the best burrito in the state. Now it sucks. And you charge more for it. I won't be back.
