I was heading out of my home when I saw water on my floor. I was able to find the source was my HVAC unit. I called Aire Serv and had a technician at my door with 15-20 minutes. Andrew was able to troubleshoot and fix our unit quickly. A recent construction project had clogged the drain. Andrew gave me options to fix it including a way for us to be able to clear future clogs. We had Mike out to give our rather old system the once over to 'hopefully' prevent issues over the winter. Super friendly fella and very patient with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. Appreciated that he took time to explain what he was doing/looking at and why specific repairs were necessary.
Aire Serv technician Caleb Chin was absolutely amazing!! He arrived promptly at my residence for my scheduled appointment and completed a very thorough maintenance check and cleaning of my HVAC system. Glenn and Tyrel did an outstanding job! They came in and completed a whole system installation after we had been out of heat for two days. They were very thorough and explained everything and answered all of my questions.
Josh and Glen were very professional. They installed my New HVAC system. They installed less than 4 hours. They left the work area clean. GREAT JOB GUYS. AIRESERV seams to have great people working for them.
