In January 2020, Air Service replaced my furnace blower motor and cleaned my HVAC ducts. The next day, I had them return to investigate a weird new furnace noise. They found no explanation and the noise eventually stopped. Five years later I hired a different company to clean the ducts, and they found the reason for the weird noice: Air Service had used cardboard (pictured below) to keep debris out of my furnace during their cleaning - AND LEFT IT THERE. I have used Air Service of WV since 1988 for HVAC and whole house generator services. They have always been responsive and provided good service.
We had a fantastic experience with this air conditioning repair service. They arrived fast, were extremely polite, and most importantly knowledgeable.
