Hands down best service I have received in ANY business. Sean was so kind, knowledgeable, and even explained everything to me step by step so I knew what was going on. Instead of finding ways to rack up the bill (because I would've paid anything not to be hot 🥵) he went out of his way to save me money. I just would not call anyone else for my ac needs every again. I felt so well taken care of.

Doesn't this always happen?! The Day before memorial Day which was May 30th 2022, our air conditioning started to go on the fritz. Of course the air conditioning place we used to give us a new unit a couple years ago was not open for memorial Day. But you all were! Sean answered the phone that morning and was very professional, kind, courteous, and gave me detailed information about the time he would be by and how many stops he had before. I contacted in the morning and set up a time for them to come out and service my air conditioner. Shaun showed up right on the appointment time. He was super friendly and informative. He had my air working better than it has since I moved in. Thank you so much. I will definately recommend you!!

Sean arrived within two hours of my call. He was so friendly thorough and professional. They will absolutely be my go to, should I ever need HVAC work again!

Sean responded to my call within the hour. Gave me options. In the end, I went with a new unit rather than put more money in a 20 yr old a/c. His price was $1000 better than my other quote, and he and Danny installed my unit Thursday morning after my unit failed Tuesday night. He is a great guy and I highly recommend Air Avenue a/c to anyone who wants a cool home in hot Florida summer.
