If you’re Hispanic do not even think about going. Or even if you look Hispanic. Coincidentally a Hispanic old lady with glasses in the front did not even greet us, rolled her eyes when we walked in. she was just starring at me. I had to break the awkwardness and say “hi can I check my daughter in” because I walked up and she was just starring at me . It’s bad enough when your child or grandchild is sick on Christmas Day and their too sick to be with family & celebrate with family not to mention too sick to eat the beautiful Christmas dinner you made & gather with family . With all the sickness going around , no parent or grandparent wants to see the joy of Christmas be ruined . I am not one to leave a negative review as I believe it can really hurt a small business and everyone deserves a second chance but I am leaving one now because when it comes to your kids and their health you need the best care you can get and fast! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Go to CHOA. Nurse Melissa was their only saving grace

We were visiting from out of town and my 2 year old suddenly spiked a temp and started vomiting so I couldn't get any Motrin in him to get his temp down. I called this place which states on the website they close at 8:30. They told me we would NOT be seen unless we arrived by 8:15. On top of that the lady on the phone had zero sympathy for my situation. Why work in healthcare if you can't be sympathetic towards a mom with a sick baby? I highly would recommend going elsewhere.

My experience at this clinic was a 10/10. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. The nurse and doctor were both pleasant. I checked in at 10am and was out at 10:30am. The doctor took the time to go over urinalysis results and explained what all the clinical jargon meant so that I understood what she was assessing. Got my prescription and encouraged to follow up if needed. So thankful to have them for urgent needs on the weekend. Amazing office 🤩!
