They have great customer service when I called into the office. Very patient and understanding when dealing with my family member I would recommend to anyone in need of good care for their family
This place has been incredibly disrespectful when speaking to and about an elderly patient. They need to practice more compassion and patience when communicating with patients and make more effort on their part to ensure that their communication is kind. The way they speak to and about elderly patients does not instill a sense of trust or safety for the patient or family members of patients.
I am familiar with this agency and the nurses, therapy and office staff treats patients like family. I would highly recommend this agency for their caring nature.
