I just had the Best sports massage with Shane! I'm not normally comfortable with a male therapist, but he was amazing and put me right at ease. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with sports related and work related issues and had tons of ideas for me to improve and strengthen outside the massage. I've also seen Amy and Larry for Muscle Therapy here and they are both great as well.
We absolutely love the Rock Steady Boxing program! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the staff are highly professional, caring, and personable, and everything is run with great attention to safety. It’s a place where one can feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely supported while getting a great workout. Highly recommend!
I recently had knee replacement surgery. Being 80 years old I had difficulties and re-training and strengthening my muscles. I needed to find a specialist or Group. It was able to assist me and getting to the next level of recovery. I found it with them.
I called To make an appointment after I Overdid it In an exercise class. I was able to get In Right away For a massage. The massage therapist, Margot, was very professional And caring She listened to my History and needs and skillfully addressed them In the massage. I almost fell asleep on the table. I totally recommend Advanced Muscle Therapy and specifically Margot as a massage therapist.
Have been seeing Larry for ART for many years. He always finds the source of my pain and treats the cause not the symptoms. It’s nice to know that I don’t have to suffer from pain just because I’m older. I also take a circuit training class from Tifini. It’s a small class with very personalized attention.
