A dear friend first told me about Advance Muscle Therapy and I am so glad they did! I first started out with a stretching session and a massage with Shane and that did wonders. He then suggested that I work with Tifini, there personal trainer. She really is amazing, having your best intact heart. Have been seeing Larry for ART for many years. He always finds the source of my pain and treats the cause not the symptoms. It’s nice to know that I don’t have to suffer from pain just because I’m older. I also take a circuit training class from Tifini. It’s a small class with very personalized attention. I was treated for sciatica. I could barely walk, had a distinct limp and didn’t know what to do! Muscle Therapy was suggested to me —my last resort! Immediately after my first session I noticed a difference in my pain! After 5 sessions, I am walking without pain or a limp! Requires me to stretch daily-a small price to pay for my relief!
Larry was instrumental in getting my knee back fully functioning after a total knee replacement. I was having flexibility issues and Larry worked with me to get my knee back to better than expected! I continue to see Larry for regular tune-ups! Larry is a true healer!
