I absolutely love Larry! He’s the only one I go to because he was the person who was recommended to me, and I’m so glad I gave him a try. He’s amazing at what he does and always makes me feel comfortable. Everyone there is wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. I highly recommend them!
I just had the Best sports massage with Shane! I'm not normally comfortable with a male therapist, but he was amazing and put me right at ease. He is very knowledgeable and experienced with sports related and work related issues and had tons of ideas for me to improve and strengthen outside the massage. I've also seen Amy and Larry for Muscle Therapy here and they are both great as well.
We absolutely love the Rock Steady Boxing program! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the staff are highly professional, caring, and personable, and everything is run with great attention to safety. It’s a place where one can feel comfortable, motivated, and genuinely supported while getting a great workout. Highly recommend!
I called To make an appointment after I Overdid it In an exercise class. I was able to get In Right away For a massage. The massage therapist, Margot, was very professional And caring She listened to my History and needs and skillfully addressed them In the massage. I almost fell asleep on the table. I totally recommend Advanced Muscle Therapy and specifically Margot as a massage therapist.
A dear friend first told me about Advance Muscle Therapy and I am so glad they did! I first started out with a stretching session and a massage with Shane and that did wonders. He then suggested that I work with Tifini, there personal trainer. She really is amazing, having your best intact heart.
