My experience with Jenna is wonderful. She does by far the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. I have had some hip issues and she has worked through them by listening carefully to my concerns and help me because I am a busy active teacher.
Kim is a wonderful masseuse! I only wish I could get in more often--she's booked 4 months out. Very good at her work and a really kind person. Always makes me feel very at-ease.
Attempted to book a massage. First available was four months out. 😳 I had a gift certificate, so they explained other offerings. I chose the Deluxe Facial. Wonderful service, atmosphere and staff. I was very pleased. Recommended.
Purchased a gift card online to have it emailed. Transaction went through right away and it was successfully delivered. Unfortunately it went to the recipient's "spam" folder, but it was still received and working. If possible, it would be nice to be able to purchase one of the "packages" for email delivery, instead of just money, but all in all, everything went smooth.
Got my wife a gift certificate for this place but they can't even schedule her in until September when I was told it would be easy to make an appointment. On top of that they never returned my wife's first call to try and make an appointment and they kept her on hold for 30 minutes when my wife had to call back.
