The appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but I arrived two hours early at 4:00 PM. It is now 6:30 PM, and I have been informed that there are issues with another truck load, so they will attend to me next. It seems there is always something causing delays at these shipper/ receiver facilities. If it is not equipment problems, it is staffing issues. There are always some sort of excuses these days. My appointment was 12:00pm. I show up at 12:30. 4:30 minutes later Still waiting. The funny thing is they not even busy. At 1:30 they say they getting everything ready to load. Not great place to deliver.
Great place to deliver most of the time they get you in before your appointment time the office staff have a great personality Chris the dock manager I’m thinking that’s what he is and Luis the receiver and many others I can’t name them all of right now but they tried a best to take care of you some days are more hectic in other but that should be expected in this type of business so you may have to wait for a door but 85% of the time you In-N-Out. Very Clean Facility!!!
First visit, seems like a nice place. Easy to get to and back into. They apparently have 2 buildings, one is right across from the other so no big deal. No one was at the guard shack when I arrived so I don't know if it's normally manned or not. You pull up to staging right before the shipping and receiving sign and go in to check in. Plenty of signs to show you where to go. Not sure about facilities and probably no OT parking.
Showed up 30 minutes early for a delivery here and it has been 4 hours from our original appointment time and still not unloaded. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO SIT AROUND AND WAIT
