Wasted a week of our time and money had to go thru another realtor in town .. Edit- ended up going thru them for renting after contacting several relators recommended..
Sorry, this may be a long one but I gotta make this clear. I had lived in one of their apartments with my wife for around 5 years. I have never once had a complaint about them. Need maintenance done on anything? Just one quick phone call and you had someone there fixing whatever it is within 24 hours (usually the same day depending on what time of day you call). If I could, I ’d rate them a zero. I have been a good tenant for a year, fixing things that were broken at my fault, paying rent, keeping a nice home, and they STILL treat me badly. My house was inspected a year ago before moving in and nothing has been fixed like they were asked to do by housing! I will not rent from them again! They are rude when you call with any type of issue whether it be a question or asking for a work order. I’ve had them hang up on me multiple times
I rented from Action Realty from March 2019-August 2020. If I ever had a problem, they fixed it in a timely manner. Like all landlords, they expect rent to be paid on time and for you to maintain the property. They were also fair when returning the deposit upon me moving. I moved out of Iowa and bought a home in Oklahoma. I did not get my full deposit back, but I expected not to because the house needed a deep cleaning.
