Wasted a week of our time and money had to go thru another realtor in town .. Edit- ended up going thru them for renting after contacting several relators recommended..
We have lived at 8 Johnson Place for the last 4 years, and I love the property, and the real-estate people are wonderful staff.
Sorry, this may be a long one but I gotta make this clear. I had lived in one of their apartments with my wife for around 5 years. I have never once had a complaint about them. Need maintenance done on anything? Just one quick phone call and you had someone there fixing whatever it is within 24 hours (usually the same day depending on what time of day you call). Action Realty was great to us all the way around. Very rapid response to any service call and customer service from the office has always been professional. They will work with you to help you find just the right living space. Always very polite and kept great communication to the tenant.
If I could, I ’d rate them a zero. I have been a good tenant for a year, fixing things that were broken at my fault, paying rent, keeping a nice home, and they STILL treat me badly. My house was inspected a year ago before moving in and nothing has been fixed like they were asked to do by housing! I will not rent from them again! They are rude when you call with any type of issue whether it be a question or asking for a work order. I’ve had them hang up on me multiple times
