Been renting for just over a year and they have taken care of any problems we have had and even installed a door to enter the basement just because I asked them to! We have had no problems following the rules and therefore have had no issues.

One star doesn't even cut it. I have had problems with calling the emergency matiance and not having them show up till the next day because the guy was at a party or them having thier drop box locked in because old Boston's isn't open and forcing me to pay a late fee for their mistake. Telling me they dont send emails or mail in mass amounts. They are terrible to rent from
