RecommendedMax and Brian came out yesterday and installed my new Tempstar system, with impeccable timing just before a nasty snowstorm with brutal low temperatures. The duo quickly knocked out an install that would take others 7+ hours, corrected horrific lineset runs put in place by the contractor that installed the dying system that was original to the home, and left the place clean. I am looking forward to using these guys again for service and at the end of this unit’s lifecycle. Thank you Derek, Max, and Brian!

No call, no show! Was scheduled for a Window of 10AM - 12Noon, no one called or showed up, time just came and went. I did try to call the office, but the phone call was so bad I could not understand the person at the office. I did try twice and same issue. I would have at least appreciated a call, but no, just did not show up for scheduled window for my service call.
