Her knowledge and expertise made the process smooth and easy, she even helped us with a great lender , it was very comforting to be able to rely on her advise since we were not familiar with the area. If I could give this management team zero stars I would. All they ever cared about was getting their money every month and never tried hard enough to make sure my home was well taken care of. They took their fees and never completed their job. Ace Property Management is not to be trusted with your property. Please look elsewhere. I received my property back destroyed, no care from their team or Amy and even had my old fridge that they were supposed to get rid of after I paid them to dispose of it in my garage.
