I would give them zero stars if I could. When I applied for a property, they completely disregarded my availability for a lease start date and tried to rush my move-in. I accommodated and moved in earlier and the property wasn't even ready for move-in! They didn't have the right info to set up utilities and after I'd picked up keys and scheduled my furniture to be delivered, come to find out, no one had the carpets cleaned after the last move-out. I have to agree with Leslie. I moved out June 2024, after 12 months of such heavy infestation that I found ROACHES even had nest(s) in my refrigerator. BayBay KIDS would trash my yard daily, then have the nerve to charge me to clean it up! A day before I moved ACE sent someone to inspect my apartment , and even she noted the good shape it was in.
