This was such an unprofessional experience. I contacted David Riggs to initially file an IRS form to reinstate our Non profit status. As easy as it sounds, he has failed to file the CORRECT papers to the IRS. I have been contacting him for over a year to check on the status, and he never ONCE returned a phone call or gave me status updates. I retained David to file my father's final tax returns. I have always prepared my taxes myself, so working with an accountant was a new experience. Overall, I was satisfied with the service. Communication with the front office staff was shaky (had to follow up several times on my initial questions, the email containing portal link to upload docs was sent to wrong email and I had to follow up), but David himself was communicative, flexible, understanding of my specific circumstances, and ultimately, accurate. I used Accounting Services of York and specifically worked with David. He met with me in person and answered the questions I had. He also responded quickly to emails when I had follow up questions. Using the online portal was straight forward which allowed for easier transfer of additional paperwork. David and the front desk staff were also friendly which made the overall experience even better!

Accounting Services of York has done my taxes ,and the taxes of some of my family members, for years. They have always submitted my tax returns quickly upon receipt of all of my documents. Submitting my documents, and signing any forms necessary for my taxes, is can be done completely online therefore I can complete the process fast and easily.
