I first met Scott, Lanham, President of Accessible Home Builders in 2022 while I was back east in Delaware visiting family. Accessible Home Builders just completed a sunroom addition for us. It is beyond what we could have imagined. Our project manager, Derby, was always available by phone or on site keeping us informed of progress. We had no problems contacting him or the office manager. The room is beautiful and the windows are fabulous. All of the workers on the job were pros and worked efficiently. The job site was kept clean daily. We couldn’t have asked for more.
We are very happy with a 110 s.f. addition to our existing sunroom. While small in area, it was a complex project due to removal of existing deck space and raising the existing ceiling. Rodney, Derby, Doug and Wil did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with! The end product came in at the estimated price and is exactly what we had envisioned.
