On the hottest day of the year, our AC failed at night. We called Abrilaire HVAC services first thing in the morning, and they had a technician at our house within 3 hours. He trouble-shot the system, identified the issue (a capacitor had failed), and was able to get our system back up promptly. Excellent responsiveness, efficiency, and service. Highly recommend.

Silvio was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and thorough when checking our Carrier unit both inside and outside our home. He explained everything he was doing and why and answered all our questions. He also gave us very helpful advice about maintenance & thermostat settings.

Outstanding service. Totally profesional. My air conditioning failed at the height of the heat wave and Abrailaire came within 2 days of my request even though I was not a current customer. The technician arrived right on time and quickly identified the problem as a simple loose wire and immediately fixed it and also did a filter change as well. Then a few days later came back to change all the other filters as well. Both the timliness of service and quality were great. Would highly recommend!

We recently had an issue with our AC unit not working on one of the hottest days of the year. We called Abrilaire and they were able to come out that same day. John was really great to work with and troubleshooted our problem and was able to fix it that day. Highly recommend. Fast, responsive, and professional.
