What make this man relevant is the men that he hirer. I myself started as a laborer, only for Allan to see my potential, and automatically put me in position as a tradesman. After running every other person off the job! Let him tell it, that what he do. Their no security around this man. I enjoyed the work but working under a man like him, who believed it his way or your against him. He has issues that need to be addressed
