I was very surprised to learn Vicky Ott was the owner as she was the most unprofessional individual I encountered selling my home. Luckily, I had an attorney look over the settlement agreement (hours before I was to sign) which completely violated court orders Vicky had in her possession for three weeks prior to our settlement date. She offered no apology then or when she raised her voice on the phone with me when I called weeks before settlement with simple questions.
