Used A Plus to close two separate accounts, one of the closings fell through at the last moment, Erin Mong, took care of closing out process promptly, received good faith deposit in a timely manner. Another closing buyer had a last minute change in financing, again, Erin was able quickly work through issues and closing was only pushed back a day. Professionally handled all issues with Utilities and taxes with Boro, set expectations. Professional, easy to work with, great communication.
