Erin at A Plus Settlement services was fantastic! My bank had a compouter gltich excatly when I was getting a cashier's check for the appt. At Closing Erin waited , assisted and allowed them to do a wire transfer during settlement. Everything was explained to my satisfaction and the process was quick and efficient. I highly reccomend them!

Erin at the Chambersburg location is a pleasure to work with. We’ve used A+ multiple times now for our closing needs. Extremely professional, organized, and simple overall, also shes great with children! If you need a settlement agency/title company A+ will not disappoint.

My soon-to-be wife and I dealt with Vicki and the other A Plus staff and had a fantastic experience. As first-time home buyers, Vicki took great care of us and provided insight and details throughout the entire process. She was always friendly and quick to respond to questions. Used A Plus to close two separate accounts, one of the closings fell through at the last moment, Erin Mong, took care of closing out process promptly, received good faith deposit in a timely manner. Another closing buyer had a last minute change in financing, again, Erin was able quickly work through issues and closing was only pushed back a day. Professionally handled all issues with Utilities and taxes with Boro, set expectations. Professional, easy to work with, great communication.
