I am so grateful that my daughter decided to get help for her son (my grandson) with this company here at New Leaf. My grandson can now ask certain questions, ask for help, talk in sentences, learning his emotions, he shares more an etc. The staff is amazing, answers all our questions and concerns, and gets back with us in a timely manner. A New Leaf is full of people who really, truly care about the people that they are helping! The have policies and procedures that they absolutely have to follow in order to run BUT they are so, so, SO worth it. The longer we are here with them, the more people I meet, the more we love them. Jenna Abrams was amazing, but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of $5 for a session, they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged $20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected. I have receipts from them stating I have paid in full but for the past two years have received a bill for over $300. A New Leaf is an incredible resource for the Fayetteville community. I've known one of its co-founders, Mackenzie Toland, for years and know her to be a passionate and highly skilled clinician.
