I am so grateful that my daughter decided to get help for her son (my grandson) with this company here at New Leaf. My grandson can now ask certain questions, ask for help, talk in sentences, learning his emotions, he shares more an etc. The staff is amazing, answers all our questions and concerns, and gets back with us in a timely manner. Jenna Abrams was amazing, but the billing office screwed up the billing. After paying my copay of $5 for a session, they ran it through wrong and suddenly charged $20. Jenna Abrams and the receptionist assured me it would be corrected. I have receipts from them stating I have paid in full but for the past two years have received a bill for over $300.
