My 85-year-old mother has been a patient of Dr. Sohrweide for years, and he has been absolutely wonderful. He is kind, skilled and caring. When my Mom had a dental emergency on a Friday evening, I called the office hoping to see if his office was open on Saturday - not only did his answering service list his hours, it allowed me to leave a message. I never liked going to the dentist. I would get anxious and even cancel appointments to avoid going! Dr. Sohrweide changed all that! He not only has a very kind and gentle manner, he is a master at what he does. He changed my smile giving me a confidence I never thought I'd have! The staff is very professional and friendly. This is the best dental office in Baldwinsville. I highly recommend this practice.

I had the same dentist for over 20 years whom I thought always did a great job. I then moved away from home and needed to seek dental assistance. I had a personal recommendation from a friend who was from the area. All I have to say is, great recommendation! It was the best dental work I ever had. I have no idea what that one star rating is talking about. I honestly feel like they must have reviewed the wrong office or hold some strange grudge. I have been going here for years. Any time I have ever had a dental emergency I have been immediately taken care of. The dentist is very gentle with his work and does a great job at putting his patients at ease. I would not go here. Poor Customer Service at the front desk, The dentist yelled at my son while he was there for a filling and my son was obviously scared and upset. Then the office messed up my bill. Very Dissatisfied! Not going back! Ever!
