I experienced a problem with a contact that I couldn't remove. I called this office, and although I had never been there before & I was told to come on in. Did not even charge me. The staff was so nice, especially Sulicia Jones. I will definitely be a new client there with future visits. I was not treated like a number to make their quota. This was the Fort Oglethorpe, Ga office. Thank you Sulicia for your kindness.

Love the Gil’s at A &A! No long waits. The staff is very personable, responsive and honest. They will take the time to get your glasses/contacts right, and won’t quit until you are pleased. They have a great selection of frames and a quick turnaround on my glasses. Love! 🤓👓

I absolutely love coming here! The staff are all so incredibly nice, and helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses out! They even had "cozy" lenses added to my glasses, which are such a game changer! The entire lens is so clear and there's no distortion, like when you usually put on a new prescription. Highly recommend this office and these ladies!

I ordered glasses with permanent tinted lenses, I received transition lenses. Not happy but I just let it go. It’s not good to receive the incorrect order. Probably will not go back there. The person that fitted my glasses didn’t try to resolve the issue, she said they would darken. Not the case

I have been wearing glasses for 15 years I have not received better care compassion and help ever when it comes to my glasses. The friendly staff not only care but are extremely knowledgeable and share that knowledge. No other place I've been has done that. Not Eye Glass World, not Pearl and Lens Crafters can compare the A&A Optical.
