I use to live in Georgia and moved to a different state. I wanted to stick with my same optical office. Because I was not in the states, I had them ship my glasses. My glasses were stolen during transport. Not A&A optical fault at all. Not my fault at all either. However, what is their fault is not being willing or able to give indemnity. I got lucky with a last minute eye exam and it went very well. I was able to get a great exam and find a really nice pair of frames at a price comparable to the discount eyeglass stores. My only complaint is they aren't open late or on Saturday.

These ladies deserve a hundred stars! I was having a bad day trying to find an eye doctor to get my glasses through. After two other businesses were rude and also one telling me I would have to go get my prescription instead of having it faxed, I almost gave up. The staff is nothing short of wonderful. Fun, funny, caring and easy to work with. The only thing I didn’t care for was the virtual doctor experience. It was a bit strange and impersonal. There was no warning, just a beep and a doctor on a screen. All in all, I definitely recommend them and will use them again. Update 9/4/2024: I had to go in to get my glasses adjusted this morning. I was once again treated like a member of the family and taken care of right away. These folks are great!
