They are excellent! I'm bad with names however the curly haired southern woman and her daughter were amazing. Super friendly, welcoming, thorough, and professional. Welcoming friendly atmosphere. Answers all questions. Helped me pick out my frames for a while. She was about as excited as I was for my glasses to come in. Just amazing all the way around!
I am so pleased with the service, price and professionalism of A&A Optical. Kim fixed my glasses to fit properly after Eyear Optical told me after 3 times they couldn't do anymore. Staff are so friendly and this will be my go to for exams and eye wear from now on. Thank you to the staff!!!!
Kim and the young ladies at A & A Optical were able to figure out why I could not see with the eye glasses I purchased from a crafty big box store. With their expertise, knowledge, and desire to provide the best service possible, they crafted a perfect pair of glasses specific to my needs. I am now an A & A Optical customer for life. The staff is nothing short of wonderful. Fun, funny, caring and easy to work with. The only thing I didn’t care for was the virtual doctor experience. It was a bit strange and impersonal. There was no warning, just a beep and a doctor on a screen. All in all, I definitely recommend them and will use them again.
This office is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk/reception are an absolute joy to be around! They are always kind, extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and really do try to accommodate patient needs’ as much as they possibly can. Personally, I really liked being able to schedule my appt. and communicate with the front desk via email!
