These ladies deserve a hundred stars! I was having a bad day trying to find an eye doctor to get my glasses through. After two other businesses were rude and also one telling me I would have to go get my prescription instead of having it faxed, I almost gave up. Where do I start! Absolutely fantastic experience for me. I called and got an appointment the next day and the received my contacts 2 days later and my glasses 3 days later! My actual appointment was a great experience and they even helped with my 1 year old since I had her with me. I will be returning!
The staff is nothing short of wonderful. Fun, funny, caring and easy to work with. The only thing I didn’t care for was the virtual doctor experience. It was a bit strange and impersonal. There was no warning, just a beep and a doctor on a screen. All in all, I definitely recommend them and will use them again. Update 9/4/2024: I had to go in to get my glasses adjusted this morning. I was once again treated like a member of the family and taken care of right away. These folks are great!
I am so pleased with the service, price and professionalism of A&A Optical. Kim fixed my glasses to fit properly after Eyear Optical told me after 3 times they couldn't do anymore. Staff are so friendly and this will be my go to for exams and eye wear from now on. Thank you to the staff!!!!
Kim and the young ladies at A & A Optical were able to figure out why I could not see with the eye glasses I purchased from a crafty big box store. With their expertise, knowledge, and desire to provide the best service possible, they crafted a perfect pair of glasses specific to my needs. I am now an A & A Optical customer for life.
