I wasn't even a patient in your office. I was running late as I walked in for a root canal, only to discover I was in the wrong office. Not only did your employee point me in the right direction, she also called the office I was supposed to be at and explained what happened. I'm not familiar with Rome, so I was completely out of my element. She saw I was frazzled and even offered to walk me to the correct office. I’m from out of town and had an emergency. A friend recommended 3Rivers. I was able to get an appointment, but when I arrived I was a day early! These wonderful people made room to fit me right in! They were friendly, professional, and so helpful! Thank you everyone for making me feel like a lifelong client! I highly recommend this dental practice!!
My family and I have been patients to Dr. Knaak for 20 years and going to 3 River Restorative Dentistry for as long as I can remember. Their faculty and staff always provide top tier support and care. I no longer live in GA and will continue to drive hundreds of miles to make an appointment. Can’t say enough great things about this office!
Dr. Knack happens to be the best dentist this side of the world! I’ve been a patient of his for more than 20yrs and he is always kind,compassionate and friendly. He has never once hurt me during a procedure,which to me is most important! I would recommend anyone to him and I constantly do. I want to keep his practice all to myself but I also want the best for him and his family so I will keep recommending him to anyone I meet. Thank you doc for being a decent human along with being the best dang dentist in the business!
