I have been a dental client for 24 years receiving high quality care from the awesome professionals Michelle, Dr. Knaak and Gail. They are like family to me. They are gentle, kind, knowledgeable and very thoughtful. These three cannot be a better team and are great for folks of any age. I highly recommend them. I would give a 20+ star rating if it was available as an option.
Very nice people easy sign in front desk woman are super nice I had the pleasure of having a young lady name Kaydence who was very nice her and the doctor took very good care of me once my visit was done Kaydence explain everything to me and what was needing done than walk me up front explain everything to the woman at the front deck that need to be done and schedule next appointment 10/10 very good place and people
Oh my goodness! My mom has been patient here forever and has always told me that I should see Dr Oyler. I went to his office today for the FIRST time needing some major cosmetic dentistry. I was given a treatment plan, a price and a date for my next visit. Not one time was I pressured about copay, X-ray pay, sit in my chair pay…🤣🤣🤣Nothing! Dr. Knaak has been my dentist since I moved to Rome in 2005. He has proven himself professional, caring and competent. He always takes his time even though he is very busy. My usual dental hygienist is Janet. But I missed my appointment with her at 8:00 this morning. The staff were able to schedule me with Judy at 9:00. Both of these hygienists have been professional, friendly, and offer insights into better oral health. I will continue to use 3 Rivers Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry.
